APAC (Asia Pacific): Online Hours - 8PM to 5AM EST
AMER (Americas): Online Hours - 8AM to 5PM EST
EMEA (Europe/Middle East): Online Hours - 2:30AM to 12PM EST
Tickets will be routed to agents based on context and availability, tickets needing input from a specific regional team member may take longer to ensure a proper and satisfactory response.
